Description

General Summary: A non-exempt position administering anesthesia care within an ambulatory surgery center facility.

Positions: Full-time and Part-time

Hours: M-F (no nights, weekends or holidays)

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, short and long term disabilty, life insurance, PTO, Sick, 401k, etc.

Education: Must have a current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and a certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) from the Tennessee Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Graduate of accredited CRNA program.
