Orthopedic Care When You Need it Most
Our orthopedic walk-in clinic at 50 Capital Ave. in Jackson provides same-day care for bone, joint, and muscle injuries—no appointment needed. It’s a convenient alternative to the ER or other clinics for non-life-threatening orthopedic issues. We’re open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
In addition to our main facility in Jackson, we offer walk-in services at our clinics in Brownsville, Dyersburg and Trenton.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an appointment?
No. Patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis during our walk-in hours. Wait times may increase during lunch hours as providers and staff rotate through scheduled lunch breaks. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
How long will it take?
You will be seen as a work in appointment, but much quicker than an ER visit.
Will I see my own doctor?
Probably not. You’ll be seen by the doctor who is assisting with walk-in patients that day. Depending on your injury, you may be referred to your doctor for a follow-up visit.
Will my insurance cover a walk-in visit?
Yes, if it is an in-network insurance.
What kind of problems does the walk-in clinic see?
We treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries, including:
- Sprains and strains
- Fractures and dislocations
- Sports injuries
- Back and neck pain
- Work-related injuries
- Tendonitis
- Minor lacerations related to orthopedic trauma
What happens after hours if I need an orthopedic doctor?
If your injury needs immediate attention, you have several options. Call our after-hours emergency line, visit another walk-in clinic, or, if necessary, go to the emergency room.
Will you treat workers comp patients?
Yes, we will need to have the appropriate approval from the employer for that initial visit.
What should I bring to my visit?
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- List of medications
- Any previous imaging or medical records if available
- Workers’ compensation information (if applicable)
