Hayden Whitby, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in non-surgical orthopedic care, emergency medicine, and acute injury management. He is known for his patient-centered approach, procedural expertise, and ability to deliver high-quality care in both fast-paced and rural clinical settings.
Hayden specializes in musculoskeletal evaluation and treatment, including ultrasound-guided joint injections, splinting and casting, fracture care, trigger point injections, and minor procedures. His background in emergency medicine allows him to efficiently diagnose and manage acute injuries while ensuring patients feel informed and confident in their care plan.
A West Tennessee native, Hayden has served patients throughout Trenton, Jackson, and surrounding communities for several years. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing from Union University and his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bethel University. In addition to clinical practice, he has served as a clinical adjunct instructor, mentoring future nurses in high-acuity hospital settings.
Hayden is certified in point-of-care ultrasound and is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In 2021, he was honored as “Best of the Best Nurse Practitioner” by the Trenton Gazette.
Hayden Whitby will be seeing patients full time at West Tennessee Bone & Joint’s Trenton location, providing expert, compassionate orthopedic care close to home.
