Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP or PA) – JACKSON, TN

Description

General Summary: an exempt position in Interventional Pain Management providing comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans. The provider will work closely with supervising physicians and clinical team to deliver high-quality care to patients experiencing acute and chronic pain.

Position: Full-time

Hours: M-Th, 10 hour shifts (no nights, weekends, or major holidays)

Salary: Negotiable

Essential Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

  1. Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.

  2. Assist with interventional pain procedures and follow-up care.

  3. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

  4. Document all patient encounters and procedures accurately within the EMR.

  5. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support department operations as needed.

  6. Strong communication, assessment, and clinical decision-making skills.

  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-first approach.

Education: Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (State of TN Nursing License REQUIRED)

Experience: One year of clinical experience in pain management, orthopedics, or related specialty preferred but not required.
